As Lead Pastor of Towne Church, I believe God has given me a vision for our congregation—not a mystical vision, but a vision nevertheless. Bill Hybels says, "Vision is a picture of the future that produces passion." Our mission is what God has called us to do, namely, to make disciples of all nations. Our vision is a picture of the type of church that God wants us to become. Our vision is forward-looking. Our vision is about what our church can become by the grace of God. The Bible says, "Without a vision, the people perish" (Prov 29.18 KJV). I want to share with you my vision for our church.
